Historic Crusader-Era Accommodations

Six period-style rooms feature open stonework, wood-beamed ceilings up to 5 meters high, and stained glass windows. All include Coco-mat mattresses, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and sitting areas. Bathrooms have marble basins, with some offering sculpted bathtubs. Rooms overlook the private courtyard or Grand Masters Palace.

Breakfast and Bar Service

The hotel serves Lavazzo filter coffee, fresh juice, local jams, and a menu with full English breakfast and omelettes. Nutritionist Sandra Diegues formulated the brunch menu. The ground-floor bar offers a small wine list and spirits, with stone archways leading to a patio.

A black and white pebble courtyard includes a sizeable hot tub on a raised wooden platform, surrounded by tropical plants and white cushioned lounge chairs. The second-floor lounge has board games and books. The first-floor library is available to all guests.
